چکیده

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between postoperative pain scores and opioid analgesic consumption according BMI levels in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Material Method: In retrospective observational study, we scanned medical data 154 aged from 18-55 years who underwent cholecystectomy. Patients were divided into two groups based on cut-off value (Group Non-obese, 30 kg/m2, n=35). Postoperative visual analog scale (VAS) scores, total tramadol consumption, intraoperative fentanyl bolus requirements compared at five-time points (T0: recovery room, T1: 1st hour ward, T2: 6th hour, T3: 12th T4: 24th hour).
Results: VAS significantly higher Group Obese T1-2 time (p=0.009). number with a score >3 T-0 point (p=0.014). Total (40.0±46.6 mg) than Non-obese (16.10±34.0 (p=0.003). There weak positive correlation (T0, T-1, T-2) patients, moderate (r=0.307) consumption.
Conclusions: According results is associated acute cholecystectomy, obese require more analgesia postoperatively. However, should be determined
